#’s 1, 6, and 26 - I’m right there with you. They were like music crack, I tell you.

Take This Ring was the only cut I liked off of that album. Dag. Forgot about Kem.

j, you have a cool site. Been reading through several of the past posts and appreciate your writing (particulary liked the “Easier to Love” piece about Sister Sledge).

I’m with you on #1 and #2 (though I’m probably inclined to reverse them). Have not been able to get either out of my head all year.

#9!!!! Man, I think Kate Bush is a genius. Her return is most appreciated.

Anitra, what was it about that damn Amerie song? Just when I thought I was over it, I became obsessed all over again. And the video is real easy on the eyes!

EJ, that Kem song carried me through the second half of 2005 (in tears).

Qamar, thanks for stopping and paying the compliment. The fact that you know who Kate Bush is (let alone appreciate her) has made me you my new favorite visitor!

j,

Kate is one of my favourites. I almost took it personally that she made us wait 12 years between albums. :-)

“Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)” is just one of the most drop dead gorgeous things I have ever heard.

“Cloudbusting,” “The Wedding List,” “Violin,” “The Sensual World,” and “This Woman’s Work” are also among my favourites by her.

I’ont like nunof’m! Ok maybe one. #13

LH, I think we pretty much discovered that you stopped listening to new music some time during the 90s.
