It was all about the love, this weekend. Or rather, that was the plan. Gotta make sure I build some elasticity in the plans.

Alas, my so-called weekend went a little something like this:

  • 24
I’ve only seen the first six episodes from Season One but I understand the appeal.
  • Brickslider
    I’m stuck on Level 8.
  • Dionne Farris
Actually, I skipped the performance. But her EP is on point.
  • Lynne d Johnson
    (MIA in ATL)
  • Monster
If ugly is so great than why are most actresses a size 2 and look like high school beauty queens?
  • Pom Wonderful
    *smacks lips*
  • Popeye’s
Bad habit turned obsession. Don’t ask.
  • Rolls Royce Phantom
Cars costing 4-5 times than the average home still boggle my mind.
  • seek
    A promise fulfilled.
  • Sex and the City
It’s so hard to say goodbye.
  • Zocalo
The Valentine’s Prix Fixe wasn’t exactly designed for the hungry, black man. But the flavor is always divine at this nuevo-Mexican spot.

And I got frequent updates from BQM live from “The Ski Trip” which kept me amused. Maybe next year. Hope your weekend was fruitful.

I am so mad that Popeyes has a website.

I am so mad that I am surprised Popeyes has a website.

I am so mad that I care so much about S.A.T.C. and I don’t even have cable. I’ve been watching it for the past weeks on DVD because I saw it once over a friend’s house and fell in love. So I hope ya’ll are TiVoing her for me.

I am so mad that you told me to shudditup because you knew what I was thinking.

I’m still behind on SATC, so don’t give me detils on what happened. *holds hands on ears* la la la la la la la….

…Seek is fabulous. I’ll be reviewing that. And if Docks could start opening up places here, it.would.be.ovah.

Pom! Mmmmm….damn. Cherry’s my favorite.

And Carrie’s in Paris! Vive l’amour!

nOva - You so crazy (still sending positive vibes your way, son).

ej - Docks tried in Atlanta and failed.

karsh - Cherry may just be the winner. As for Carrie in Paris… for how long?

dock’s failed in atlanta…and rightfully so. it should have failed here in chicago as well. i don’t think the lone Dock’s on 35th is still open…*checking photographic memory*

i’m mad that popeye’s in louisiana serves margaritas.
