Black Weblog Awards 2007

Wow. It’s nice to see that how much the Black Weblog Awards have grown in three years. Nominations have been enabled as of August 1, 2007. You have until August 15 to submit your nominees.

The top three most nominated blogs in each category will become finalists which the voting public will vote on via the finalist form from August 16-30, 2007. The winners will be announced September 5, 2007. Before you start entering anything, make you read all of the rules.

I was lazy about the process last year. But I’ll be busy these next couple of weeks trying to choose the perfect nominees this time around.

Out of the following 30 categories you should be able to think blogs that fit the criteria:

  1. Best Blog Community
  2. Best Blog Design
  3. Best Blog Post or Blog Post Series
  4. Best Business Blog
  5. Best Celebrity Blog
  6. Best Culture Blog
  7. Best Faith-Based Blog
  8. Best Fictional Blog
  9. Best Food Blog
  10. Best Gossip Blog
  11. Best Group Blog
  12. Best Hip-Hop Blog
  13. Best Humor Blog
  14. Best International Blog
